Post-Ticketing Fees β VJS Travel
Additional fees are due once a plane ticket has been issued. Fees for services such as changes, cancellations, refunds, waivers, and special requests are subject to approval. After purchasing a ticket, all charges are per passenger and per ticket unless otherwise stated. The payment page gives you the option to convert the service cost to your preferred currency.
Cancellations and Refunds (Within 24 Hours)
Cancellations must be made during the first twenty-four hours of the reservation's creation.
Economy Class
- Domestic Economy: $75
- International Economy: $75
First Class / Business
- Domestic First Class: $100
- International First Class: $100
All refund requests must still be reviewed and approved in accordance with the regulations that govern airline tickets.
Agents Process Refunds (Within One Day)
Cancellations received less than one day before:
- Costs $250 for domestic
- Costs $250 for international
A refund will only be issued if the airline's fare laws permit it.
Transferring Tickets (Exchanging)
Fees for exchanging tickets are based on their value:
- Depending on the airline, a ticket under $1,000 may cost as much as $120 per person.
- Ticket prices of $1,000 or more are subject to a fee of up to $120, or 15% of the ticket value, whichever is higher.
- The airline may also levy fines on top of these service expenses.
Agent-assistance that are useful for waivers
Economy Class
- Domestic trips: $50
- International trips: $75
Business / First Class
- Domestic trips: $100
- International trips: $200
The ultimate decision-maker in granting a waiver is the airline's policy.
Particular Situations
- Experiencing loss (death or bereavement
- Instances where the armed forces are involved
- Visa issues, including Schengen visas
- Refunding the ticket
- Changing the name
- Makeshift changes to the route
- Timely reminder of tickets expiration
- People who fail to show up
- People involved in UNMR cases
All requests are subject to the rules and restrictions of airline fares.
Policy on Ethical Consideration (CEP)
Discounts are available to the following groups thanks to VJS Travel's Compassion Exception Policy:
- Individuals on military deployment
- Matters concerning failure or bereavement
- Passengers who are visually impaired
All certifications are determined by airline laws and paperwork.
Critical Information
- Types of travelers: active-duty military, students, seniors, children, infants, and adults.
- The costs that are added on post-ticketing are calculated per person, per ticket.
- Expenses usually happen to be not transferable.
- Price changes are possible whenever.
- Always adhere to airline fare regulations.
Future Credits and Refunds
- You can't get your money back for most plane tickets.
- Alterations to airline fares may impact future refunds or credits.
- It is common practice to not provide refunds for reservations that do not materialize.
- Refunds will only be processed if the airlines have given their consent.

On a case-by-case basis, we evaluate requests for specialized services such as:
- Cases where the names do not match
- Issues with a travel document (visa and passport)
- Requests for baggage
- Explanation for the absence
- Requests for boarding denied
- Duplicate ticket processing
Possible paperwork requirements:
- Visa and passport applications
- Tags for bags and return receipts
- Expressing disappointment to an airline service
- Duplicate ticket returns
A one-time fee will be deducted from your final bill; however, this amount can only be refunded if your request is approved by the airline.
One last thing: keep in mind
- Cannot be refunded
- Are charged in addition to airline penalty
- Wait for approval from the airline
- Are converted to the relevant local currency once payment is made
You will solely be charged the total amount, regardless of what our agent may have told you.
