Our Service Fees – VJS Travel

VJS Travel uses the service fees from some bookings to fund their reservation processing, search tools, and customer assistance. You will only be charged for the total amount stated at checkout, and these costs are explicitly displayed before payment. Here are all the service prices for your reference.

Costs of Air Transaction Services Offered Online

A service charge of up to $50 per person, per ticket may be applied to the majority of flight reservations.

• Valid for flights within and beyond the United States
• The highest possible cost is $50 for each traveler

Service Fees for Online Hotel Transactions

There may be a small service fee for each hotel reservation processed by VJS Travel.

• Relevant to: Every single hotel
• A maximum of $42 per reservation

Service Fees for Online Vehicle Rental Transactions

A service fee may be charged for each rental car reservation.

• Covers: Every rental car service
• Costs no more than $40 each rental

Change in Value of Money (Currency Conversion)

The payment page automatically converts all service costs into your local currency.

Types of Passengers

No passenger type is immune to service fees; they may apply to: Those traveling with infants, children, seniors, students, and members of the armed forces.

Policy for Refund on Paid Services

• You usually can't get your money back for transaction fees.
• You can get your money back for the transaction service fee if you cancel within 24 hours of making your reservation.
• After 24 hours, the transaction service fee is non-refundable if the request to cancel is made.

You may not receive advance notification of any changes to the service prices.

Important Pricing Notice

No matter what happens to service fees later on, the total cost stated at checkout is the only one you'll be charged. Before finalizing your booking, make sure to thoroughly review the total price.

Exclusions from the Standard Service Fee

Compared to regular airfare reservations, some may incur greater service fees:

• Up to $50 off each traveler on vacation packages
• Airfares in Business and First Class: up to $200 each traveler
• The maximum cost per traveler for multi-city and open-jaw excursions is $100
• Up to $55 each traveler for searches involving adjacent airports and alternate dates
• Travelers can save up to $100 with our Fusion fares and value specials
• Up to $100 each passenger for unaccompanied child tickets

Fees for Booking a Contact Center

The service costs for bookings made through the VJS Travel contact center may be greater compared to bookings made online.

• Itineraries that involve multiple stops are included in this category
• Round-the-world trips
• Intercontinental journeys

Passengers may be charged anything from $15 to $250 for contact center services, with discounts offered to seniors. You could also get premium package perks when you rent a contact center.

Last Thoughts
